We stayed for a day and a night. The owner and her daughter runs the place. Extremely customer friendly. Explained the whereabouts of Florence and planned a pedestrians day tour for us from the hotel. The rooms were huge and well maintained, very airy and well lit. There was an option to stay in the ground floor or two top floor. There is a small lounge with a little library where you can sit and read. The hotel has a cloak room where you can store your luggage for free, to collect it later. The railway station was 15 minutes walk and had multiple routes. The most happening place in Florence, which is the Duomo, was about 12 minutes walk by the river. The breakfast was sumptuous with loads of fruit, yoghurt, poultry and bakery items. If we happen to visit Florence again we will definitely stay here.
